The location of the hotel is great, with two subway stations nearby and easy access to Chinatown. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired with poor coffee and limited options.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the vibrant Lower East Side for a few nights. The location was fantastic, surrounded by an array of restaurants and with easy access to the subway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries provided were of high quality. Additionally, the staff at the reception were kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel is situated in a lively neighborhood with plenty of dining options nearby. It can be a bit noisy, but that's expected in such a happening area. The comfortable beds and accommodating staff make up for any disturbance.

My recent stay at the lovely boutique hotel in NYC was fantastic! The rooms were stylish, quiet, and very clean. The staff, including Kevin, Andy, and Ryan, were incredibly helpful and always made sure my comfort was a top priority. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great value for such a chic and cozy hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to bars, nightlife, and public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in the heart of the bustling Lower East Side.

I did experience some noise issues during my stay, with loud partying and lack of hot water being a bit disruptive. Additionally, there was a slight issue with the TV reception and the pillows in my bed didn't have pillowcases.

Great location, close to subway and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and always available to help. the rooftop terrace was a nice spot to relax and enjoy a meal with a wonderful view.

The rooms were disappointingly small and the beds were very uncomfortable. the cleaning service was also lacking, as our room was not cleaned on the second day and we ran out of towels.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - close to public transportation, bars, cafes, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the vibrant area. Secondly, the attention at the Front Desk was outstanding. The staff, especially Marisa and Andy, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and provided useful recommendations. Lastly, the room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable night's sleep.

One small suggestion for improvement: more attention to room cleanliness.
